  • How much do your services cost?

    At Lesesne Associates Inc we pride ourselves on providing an affordable and comprehensive business accounting services. We offer two types of Plan Services for a flat monthly fee, with no hidden costs. Our BRONZE Plan is a base plan that costs $125 per month, Our GOLD Plan costs $150 per month and our PLATINUM Plan costs $175 per month. 


    For those who have prior tax and accounting matters that need to be caught up and completed, we also offer catch-up bookkeeping services starting at BRONZE Plan for $150 per month, the GOLD Plan for $175 per month, the PLATINUM Plan for $200 per month. We also offer catch-up business tax returns starting at $500 per annual return that includes both federal and state, and catch-up personal tax returns for $250 per annual return that includes both federal and state.


    For Internal Audit and Management Consulting projects, all terms of the work to be performed, including fees, duration, and scope of project, as well as deliverables to be produced are subject to negotiation.


  • What's included in my plan?

    BRONZE Plan includes quarterly bookkeeping, unlimited accounting advice and support, and compliance support.


    GOLD plan includes quarterly bookkeeping, your business income taxes, financial reports, unlimited accounting advice and support, online financial and compliance support. Sole proprietors and single-member LLCs on our Starter plan will also have their personal income taxes completed.


    PLATINUM Plan includes a dedicated bookkeeper and accountant, monthly bookkeeping, your business income and personal income taxes, financial reports, unlimited accounting advice and support, as well as online financial compliance support.


  • Will you take care of my taxes?

    Yes, we will complete your business and personal income taxes. 


    For BRONZE Plan Clients and non-plan clients, we charge a flat rate of $500 for business taxes which includes one annual federal and state business tax return with all supplemental forms included. For personal taxes, we charge a flat rate of $250 which includes one annual federal and state tax return with all supplemental forms included. For prior year taxes we charge the same.

     

    If you are a GOLD Plan Client, we prepare all current year federal and state year-end business income taxes which includes one annual federal and state business tax return with all supplemental forms included. We will gladly prepare and file your federal and state personal income taxes for a $250 fee.


    If you are a PLATINUM Plan Client, we prepare all current year federal and state year-end business income taxes as well as all federal and state personal income taxes at no extra charge. Both the federal and state income taxes preparation includes all supplemental forms.


    For those clients that seek payroll and sales tax services, Lesesne Associates Inc can negotiate a fair and separate fee to handle payroll or sales taxes depending on the size of your business.


    Regardless of the plan or service level you choose, you can be confident you are getting all the deductions you deserve.  We also provide tax advice and planning throughout the year to help you maximize your return and minimize your taxes.


  • Can I speak with an accountant one on one?

    With Lesesne Associates Inc, you receive unlimited accounting advice and support. You can always schedule a time to meet one on one with our bookkeepers or accountants. In addition, we hold periodic Q&A webinars where clients can ask their questions. We love speaking with you, so you can schedule times to meet with our team as often as needed!

  • Why are your services so inexpensive?

    The goal of Lesesne Associates Inc has always been to help small business owners achieve their own business success. Lesesne Associates, Inc utilizes independent contractors and doesn’t charge overhead, just the cost of performing a quality service, so we keep our operations lean and can pass the cost savings to our clients.  This business structure also allows us to provide industry-leading accounting services at the best price point possible to help you save money and, most importantly, time.

  • Do you do previous years’ tax preparation?

    Yes. We offer catch-up bookkeeping and tax preparation services for previous years. The cost for these services starts at $250 for personal tax returns and $500 for business tax returns. We charge a flat rate of $500 for business taxes which includes one annual federal and state business tax return with all supplemental forms included. For personal taxes, we charge a flat rate of $250 which includes one annual federal and state tax return with all supplemental forms included.

  • What happens if I sign up with you half-way through the year?

    You can start Lesesne Associates Inc’s accounting services at any time. If you are a new business, we will complete your taxes for the current year and ensure you have accurate bookkeeping and key financial reports to drive your business’s success.


    If your business has been in operation for several months, we can start taking care of your bookkeeping immediately. If you would like us to file taxes for the current year, we will need a full year of accurate bookkeeping to make sure we can account for all your income, expenses, and save you the most possible on your deductions. We are happy to provide you with catch-up bookkeeping for a small fee.  


  • What documents do I need to send for the bookkeeping service?

    At Lesesne Associates Inc we make it easy for you to communicate and connect with us. That’s why we allow you to share your financial documents in the way that works best for you. The easiest way for you to provide us with the information we need is to link your business bank accounts so we can automatically see and categorize your revenue and expenses. Or you can choose to send us monthly business bank statements, receipts, invoices, credit card statements, and any other documents related to your business expenses and income. Whether you link your account, and we do the rest or you quickly snap a photo of a receipt and upload it to Lesesne Associates Inc, we make it easy for you to stay on top of your finances.

  • Is it safe to transfer my documents to you electronically?

    Yes! At Lesesne Associates Inc we go above and beyond standard industry practices to protect our clients’ privacy and information. We use one of the best virtual private network (VPN) services that protect your privacy from hackers and provide fast online streaming as a safe way for you to share your financial documents with our team.

  • Is there a minimum contract period?

    No. We believe in the value of our services and do not require a minimum contract or long-term commitment. Lesesne Associates Inc’s services are on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel at any time. However, we ask that you provide us with 30 days notice if you wish to cancel our services.
